December Kings

Who said fishing stops in November for Kings. This time of year Kings will stay on the East side of Cape Lookout until sometimes February or March as long as the water temp stays above 60 deg'.F. Right now the bite is red hot if you're looking for some smoker Kings. We caught over 20 kings in just a little over 3 hours pulling ballyhoo on Hank Browns. If you were fortunate enough to have live bait, then you could entice the even bigger kings to give you some action. Shown in the picture above is my son Will with a nice 36 lb'er.
